Questions, bug reports, or ideas for new tools — send a message below.

SnapLifeTools is a small, independently run project, so messages sent through this page go directly to the person who builds and maintains the site — not a support queue or a team of agents. That means replies take a bit longer than a large company's help desk, but also means real feedback actually gets read and often acted on.
Use this page for bug reports (something calculating incorrectly, a broken button, a display issue on your device), requests for a new calculator or category, general questions about how a specific tool works, or corrections if you've spotted an error in a formula or explanation somewhere on the site. If you're reporting a bug, it helps enormously to mention which tool, what you entered, and what you expected versus what happened.

A few common questions about getting in touch.
No. This form doesn't have a server behind it — the message is sent directly from your browser to a form-delivery service (Web3Forms), which forwards it by email. Nothing you type here is stored or logged by SnapLifeTools itself.
If you leave a valid email address, you can expect a reply for genuine questions, bug reports, or feedback, though response time isn't guaranteed and this isn't a support line for time-sensitive issues.
Absolutely — suggestions for new calculators or categories are welcome through this form. Include as much detail as you can about what you're trying to calculate and why, since that makes it much easier to build something genuinely useful.
Include the exact tool name, the numbers you entered, the result you got, and what you expected instead (ideally with your own manual math or a reference showing the correct figure). Calculation bugs are taken seriously since the whole point of these tools is getting a trustworthy number — a specific, reproducible report is far more useful than "the mortgage calculator seems off."
